Untranslated filter shows no strings, but percentage untranslated < 100%

Bug Description

I cannot view any untranslated strings in any Ubuntu package. Everytime I choose to only show untranslated strings I only get the message that there are no matching strings, although the status in percent shows clearly untranslated strings.

For example:
<https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/feisty/+source/software-properties/+pots/software-properties/de/+translate?batch=10&show=untranslated>

The problem seems to really exist in the LimeWire translations:

The Dutch translation status shows untranslated entries which are not picked up by the filter though. Filtering for 'need review' doesn't yield a result set either.
