Bug Description
The gcovr command provides a utility for managing the use of the GNU gcov utility and generating summarized code coverage results.

Canonical QA teams would like to see it available in quantal universe.
There is some packaging already at lp:~allanlesage/gcovr/packaging, but I'll review it and post here.
