Bug Description
The rabbit_notifier is not specific to RabbitMQ. In fact, if it was specific to any rpc implementation, that would technically be Kombu. The current name may need to stay in a depreciated form for at least one release, but this module should be duplicated under the name 'rpc_notifier'.
