This release dropped the HighContrastInverse and LowContrast themes which might be a problem for Ubuntu, see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=684311

Note bug #1051851, GtkSpinner don't spin without http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-themes-standard/commit/?id=ff0c34daaa9d6dbdb12613cd95ff662ec6a84f46 ... we should probably looking at updating but reverting the a11y themes drop for quantal
