Installation of capiutils fails: mount: unknown filesystem type 'capifs'

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

capiutils isn't doing anything here except calling MAKEDEV. Looks like this is/was a bug in makedev.

        in /etc/event.d/ttyI1.
      - The two upstart scripts need to be edited.
      - Further improvements and documentation welcome.

  * Fix isdnlog and ipppd to not ship files used in the postinst under
    /usr/share/doc.
