No mention of needing to set authentication information for /etc/nova/api-paste.ini

Bug Description

There's no mention in the configuration of nova-compute that you need to change /etc/nova/api-paste.ini under [filter:authtoken] to set admin_tenant_name, admin_user, admin_password. At first the way the variables are mentioned I thought it would do some kind of auto substitution from /etc/nova/nova.conf but that was not working possibility because all the fields are not variables?

    Fix bug 1064753
    Changes the api-paste.ini file for nova.

    Patchset fixes the "If you see the error..."
    trailing off in compute-cloud-controller.xml.
