[IMPACT]
This is a new bugfix and translation update included as part of GNOME 3.6.1
- Updated Slovak translation
- Don't bail on invalid user locale setting Yanko Kaneti
- Fix reset of lap count.
- Use different labels for the "New" button
- Updated Czech translation
- Update select button sensitivity on page change
- Set a role to the canberra playback
- Updated Serbian translation
- Also override the fg color
- Try to prevent clutter from interfering with key events
