Bug Description

Both the Signing and the SSL tests depend on X509 certificates. These certificates have been geenrated by hand and checked in. Instead, the command lines executed to generate the repos should be recorded, so that the certificates can be regernereated. This has already caused a problem with the SSL unit tests failing. Additionally, it documents to end users the steps they need to generate their own certificates.
