Bug Description
I just received an e-mail notification consisting of:

A question was asked in a language (Lingala) spoken by
none of the registered Rosetta answer contacts.
https:/
------
It transpired that this question was actually *about* Lingala, not *in* Lingala, but I couldn't tell that without visiting the question page. And if you're going to e-mail me about the problem anyway, actually including the question in the notification would save time.
