Hello,

Here's a patch that fix the "Unknown template field" errors that debconf encounters.

However, dpkg-reconfigure ipvsadm still doesn't work as it just spits out the following output :

# dpkg-reconfigure ipvsadm
 * ipvsadm is not configured to run. Please run dpkg-reconfigure ipvsadm
 * ipvsadm is not configured to run. Please edit /etc/default/ipvsadm

I'm not sure how to fix it myself.

Best regards,
Joris

I've verified that this affects both Raring and sid. I'm not sure that the Debian bug mentioned is exactly this issue, but it does seem likely that the behaviour will change when that gets resolved.

Hello Robie,

In fact, this is the following message from David :
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685577#65

and the answer from Alexander (ipvsadm debian maintainer) :
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685577#70

The truth is ipvsadm is working fine besides those little errors while installing.

Best regards,
Joris
