wrong nova.conf template for Ubuntu Folsom setup

Bug Description

On http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/apt/content/compute-minimum-configuration-settings.html, it gives an example of nova.conf for Folsom setup with Ubuntu 12.10. But the example contains a section [keystone_authtoken] in the middle, which blocks the [DEFAULT] section. This cause the parameters for [DEFAULT] could not work.

A similar bug was fixed recently - we should take care to see why this one was missed.

It was fixed in stable/folsom but not in the master branch. Is fixed now.
