aolserver4 (4.5.0-8ubuntu2) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Move to aolserver-php5-cgi-wrapper
  * Recreate /var/run/aolserver4 at startup
  * Create /var/run/aolserver4 during configuration (LP: #109793)
