Bug Description
This is feature request from old bug tracker.
Idea for a plugin (suitable for someone who wants to get into Stellarium coding): bookmarks. Should be able to bookmark objects. Maybe with optional date/location.
Dir structure:
/bookmarks/
/bookmarks/
...
Each file can be a special script with a comment identifying it as a bookmark, and should only contain some sub-set of scripting commands, just enough to set the object, and/or date/location.
The comment should contain the name/description. The model for the GUI can be the script tab of the config window.
Initially it should be done as a plugin whih creates it's own GUI window (bound to one of the F-keys). If it works well we might move it into core.
