Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I am attempting to install Ubuntu 6.06 via the live cd onto a 200GB SATA drive connected via a PCI SATA controller. I have windows installed on the master IDE hard disk. I am letting the installer erase the entire SATA disk and do its own thing to set everything up. The installer keeps crashing around 80%.

Could you please run the installer again and attach /var/log/installer/syslog and /var/log/partman to this bug report?

Thanks!
