Bug Description

Now that Qt5 is available in raring, a migration plan would be good. We'd like to only support Qt5 in time for 14.04 LTS (i.e. be able to drop support for Qt4).

python-qt4 upstream apparently supports qt5, but that support is not packaged yet.
