Bug Description
I'm Thai and I feel very happy for the latest Stellarium 0.12.0 that can solve Thai language problem.
There are also many Thailand cities and towns in the location list.
However, there is no "Bangkok', the capital city of Thailand,
but there is "Krung Thep" instead.
Please see the screenshot here:
http://
In English, "Bangkok" is the formal name of the capital, not "Krung Thep"
Thai people and most foreigners use "Bangkok".
"Bangkok" or "บางกอก (Thai alphabets)" is the old name of the city,
that always use when we speak or write in English now.
We use "Krung Thep" or "กรุงเทพฯ (Thai alphabets)" in Thai language.
In other words, when we speak or write in Thai, we use "Krung Thep".
For more information about Bangkok and Krung Thep, please see here:
http://
So it's better to use "Bangkok" instead of "Krung Thep".
Because Most people around the world know "Bangkok", not "Krung Thep".
And I think when Thai people use Stellarium,
they will look for "Bangkok" first.
If they can't find "Bangkok", but find "Krung Thep" instead,
it will surprise them.
:)
Thanks
