Bug Description
Currently, if I go to the main index page of the SDK documentation and I click e.g. on a component, I end up on a page like:
http://
When I'm there, there is no way to go back to the index page, other than being lucky, it being the last page I visited on the browser and hitting the back button.
It'd be great if the documentation pages would provide some sort of navigation or breadcrumbs to navigate back and forth through the docs.

The branch enables breadcrumbs. The Ubuntu CSS needs some tweaking to deal with the new HTML.
