Bug Description
It is not possible to turn off quasars plugin in the same session : no icon is available in the tool bar for this purpose.
Workaround : In configuration window,
uncheck Load at startup
quit
restart Stellarium
For example, Exoplanets plugin offers this feature.
Tested : 0.12.0 Windows 7 OS

This will probably require the introduction of a new string (the description of the action connected to the button), though just "Quasars" may do, as it's already translated. Is there a string freeze in effect for the next release?
In all cases, Alex, don't forget to increment the plug-in version number! :)
