Rebuntu incorrectly marked as upstream for some Ubuntu packages

Bug Description

The Rebuntu project (https://launchpad.net/rebuntu/) seems to be incorrectly marked as the upstream for a number of Ubuntu packages. This results in bugs in these packages to appear as bugs in Rebuntu instead of their corresponding upstream projects, unless explicitly stated otherwise when marking.

Example bugs: bug #117210 and bug #117333. This mishap is also mentioned in bug #117460.
