Bug Description
I'm currently using flash version 9.0.31.0.2ubuntu1 and firefox version 2.0.0.3+1-0ubuntu2
But I have a problem with the plugin for firefox.
If I open a flash video in its own window ex. one from youtube.com and then open a new instants of firefox, when the video is running, then firefox die and after a few seconds a dialog appears and tell me, that firefox is not responding and ask me what to do, terminate the application or keep it running. It's not every time firefox die, but its more fifty fifty, and the crash is not happening if the flash video is embedded in the web site instead of running in its own window. I have seen a lot of other people reporting problems with flash on launchpad and other places, but they solutions don't solve my problem, one of them is this one
https:/
If you need some more information just ask, this is my first bug report on launchpad so please be kind.
Since flash is closed source software, we will be unable to fix it, if it turns out to be the problem. However, it's possible that the problem is actually in firefox, or at least that a work around can be found.
It would be useful to find if firefox or flash outputs any debug information when it dies. Can you run firefox from a terminal, trigger this bug, and then post all the output (if any) that firefox gives in the terminal?
