location of "Needs guidance" checkbox is odd

On the overview page for a blueprint, the state of the "Needs guidance" flag appears under "Definition" (e.g. "Definition: Review (Needs guidance)"). This suggests that it ought to be possible to change it on the "Change status" page, alongside the "Definition Status" drop-down. However, the checkbox is in fact under "Change priority", alongside the "Priority" drop-down. This is counter-intuitive; I think the checkbox should be moved.
