HTML export doesn't list Pages on the index page

Bug Description

A regression in one of the commits for https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/825311 makes it so that when you export to HTML, the index page doesn't list individual pages; only those that are in collections.

To test:

1. Create a user with 3 pages (none in collections)
2. Export their portfolio to HTML

Expected result: The summary HTML page in the export will say "you have 3 pages" and have a link to each page
Actual result: The summary HTML page in the export will say "you have 3 pages", but there will not be links to them
