Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch the browser and open "http://
2) Reveal the chrome, click the tabs button to show the activity view
4) Click the first open tab (or the + button)
Expected result: the activity view is dismissed.
Current result: the activity view is not dismissed, instead the click goes through to the (invisible) suggestions list underneath and activates the corresponding entry in the list.
