[Matcher] get_application_for_desktop_file doesn't work everytime

Bug Description

Retrieving the BamfApplication object for a just opened application with bamf_matcher_get_application_for_desktop_file fails.
This is a regression coming with 0.5.0daily13.06.19-0ubuntu1

There is vala-test-case attached.

  * BamfFactory: remove the local_views list, we don't need that anymore
    Having them tracked on allocated_views list is enough, and fixes an
