Bug Description
1. In a private/incognito window (to avoid bug 1167238), go to <https:/
2. Set "Most common of these errors from" to "the date range".
3. Enter a date range, e.g. 2013-07-10 to 2013-07-12.
4. Copy the current URL.
5. In a new window, go to the copied URL.
What happens:
4. The URL is <https:/
5. You end up at <https:/
What should happen:
5. You should end up at the URL you pasted, showing errors from that date range only.
