Bug Description

dbus-test-runner starts the dbus-server in a cleared environment, and consequently all the environment variables which are available to dbus-test-runner are not available to the services which are started by D-Bus activation.

  * Propagate the current environment to activated services Do not clear
    the environment when starting dbus-daemon. This means that the
    current environment will be available to all the services activated
    by the daemon, in the same way that it is available to the processes
