Bug Description

utah provisions the machine, but doesn't run the test cases

<doanac> i think I see an odd bug. Its actually 2 things:
<doanac> 1) The installer didn't print the normal "Ubiquity <version"
<doanac> 2) this tripped up our expect-type logic to never think the install completed.
<doanac> I think if the image just printed Ubiquity <version> we'd be okay. However, I think UTAH should be more resiliant

The test run has gotten passed the original bug, so I'm going to propose merging this change.
