Bug Description
When a theme is using fade effect (if FadeOpacity is < 1) and the dock is "called" the icons don't have shadows until hovered by the mouse again.
How to reproduce:
1. Use a theme that use FadeOpacity < 1
2. Set Hide Mode to Intellihide.
3. Maximize a window
4. Minimize the window
The icons on plank show no shadow until you hover them with the mouse.
