Can't execute a .bin file in kubuntu 7.04

Bug Description

Just cant launch the bin file.

revolution@revolution-desktop:~$ sudo chmod +x hldsupdatetool.bin
Password:
revolution@revolution-desktop:~$ sudo ./hldsupdatetool.bin
sudo: unable to execute ./hldsupdatetool.bin: No such file or directory
revolution@revolution-desktop:~$ sudo sh ./hldsupdatetool.bin
]./hldsupdatetool.bin: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
revolution@revolution-desktop:~$ ./hldsupdatetool.bin
bash: ./hldsupdatetool.bin: No such file or directory
revolution@revolution-desktop:~$

I just tried like this:

mkdir srcds
cd srcds
wget http://www.cstrike-planet.com/dls/hldsupdatetool.bin
chmod +x hldsupdatetool.bin
./hldsupdatetool.bin

And no problem.
Can you show us the content of the directory (ls -l).
