easy to add mistaken members to a team

Several times I've been at a page like https://launchpad.net/~webpy-team/+addmember and tried to add my friend Anand as a team member. So, naturally, I type `anand` in the box and hit return. Unfortunately, this adds a fellow named Anand Thakur to my team. To actually add Anand, I have to hit back and hit Choose... and find the actual Anand I want.

The first time I did this I figured I was just being silly, but now that I've done it nearly three times, I'm convinced this is a usability bug.
