anthonycanelon,

Can you please run the installer again using the --debug option (`ubiquity --debug` in a terminal window) and attach /var/log/installer/debug and /var/log/syslog to this bug report?

Thanks!

The code in question is no longer present. The migration-assistant portion of ubiquity now only imports to the user created on the "Who are you?" page. I therefore believe this bug is fixed and am marking it as such, but if you are able to reproduce it in 8.04 please feel free to reopen it and post new log files following the instructions in http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs .

Thanks!
