Bug Description
FFe: This is the first release of tbb that will build on all ubuntu versions.A lot of other bugfixes and package improvements are also included. This fixes two debian RC bugs.
Please sync tbb 4.1~20130613-1.2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
This fixes FTBFS on powerpc, finishes implementing armhf and enables hardening.

That version of tbb fails to build on Debian's armhf builder. When I test-built in my armhf chroot it failed at the same spot: /buildd. debian. org/status/ fetch.php? pkg=tbb& arch=armhf& ver=4.1~ 20130613- 1.1&stamp= 1378385250

I'm going to unsubscribe ubuntu-sponsors since this isn't ready for Ubuntu yet.
I'm thinking this would need feature freeze exception approval first anyway since there are more than just bug fixes here (new upstream release).
