There is no single index.html (or other) file that is a single point of entry for browsing the widgets, which means a person has to a) find them ( dpkg -L ubuntu-
The equivalent QML widgets are all browsable from a single executable: /usr/lib/
Now that HTML5 is a first-class app framework, its widget gallery should be easy to browse. And explanations for doing so should be simple.
