Bug Description

A source package's "Overview" page, e.g. <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gramps>, lists the package's "bug contacts". But the package's "Bugs" page, e.g. <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gramps>, does not. The opposite should be true.
