[Dialler] Audible/haptic feedback while dialing

Bug Description

Touchscreen-driven devices lack the physical feedback of pressing a real button. Many other touch OSs make up for this by providing audible or haptic feedback while dialing a number. Ubuntu's dialer currently does neither. An audible tone should be played when a number is pressed, optionally haptic feedback could also be provided.

Haptic/vibration feedback was recently added, but tones audible tones also make sense to consider.

the same local tone generator that we are doing for DTMF bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dialer-app/+bug/1187453) should be used to generate tones when we are dialing from the keypad.
