Confirmed, i'm getting this too. I think it's a recent change, as I've used it successfully in the past on saucy-pre (a week or so ago?)

I believe this bug is related to bug 1235543. I have identified the issue with the other bug and I am sure it will fix this one as well. For some back story, some Unity configurations has been removed from gsettings and moved into nux[1]. This created some missing schema that crashes unity-tweak-tool. I have since went ahead and removed those configurations, which I believe will not crash our tool. They can't be configured anymore, so removing them is the only way going forward.

Me too. unity-tweak-tool 0.0.6 on Ubuntu 14.04 x64 Intel crashes and cannot open.

After today's updates (on 14.04) the error has gone, and unity-tweak-tool works.
