Bug Description

Debian changelog since last merge:

dropbear (2012.55-1.4) unstable; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload by the Security Team.
  * Fix cve-2013-4421: memory exhaustion issue (closes: #726019).
  * Fix timing delays that may reveal whether a user account is valid
    (closes: #726118).
