OSK no longer displays after first orientation change

Bug Description

Open the browser, and enter a url
Rotate the phone to landscape
Rotate back to portrait
Click in the url field, it will not show the OSK
Build 21 from Nov 13 on a Mako.

Reverting the change to OrientationHelper.qml in lp:1239760 alleviates the symptom. This was the only change seemingly related to orientation handling that I saw.

Note: It's crucial to restart the device between test runs, the keyboard doesn't seem to pick up changes in the toolkit at runtime.

The related branch works with Browser given above steps, toolkit gallery and Messages for me.
