Bug Description

Ubuntu Trusty r188

1. If necessary, flash the phone.
2. Go to System Settings > "Time & Date".
3. Look at the time zone.

What you see: A list item with no label, but the value "UTC+0".

What you should see: The list item has a label, e.g. "London, UK", as well as a value.

(This might be London-specific.)
