After added the preferred layout and deleting the default one :
   1. Restart IBus 1.5.5 => 3 keyboard-layouts are shown, the deleted one's on top, the
        preferred one on the bottom => preferred layout is not effective
   2. Select preferred layout (with the mouse) in the drop-down-box and
        move the preferred one to the top => preferred layout becomes effective
