Visiting builds status page without having activate PPA gives nasty error

Bug Description

When visiting the builds status page of a user who hasn't activated their PPA, Launchpad gives a "Page not found" error, rather than a nice, "This user hasn't activated their PPA yet" message.

For example, at the time of reporting:

https://dogfood.launchpad.net/~jenda/+archive/+builds?build_text=&build_state=all

Matthew, how did you get to that URL?

Sorry, I should have made a note of that. I can't remember now. I've tried to find a link.

It's possible that I simply replaced the Launchpad username in the URL, whilst looking at a valid page.

Matthew, it seems to correctly return 404/NotFound error now. Can you please confirm the bug was , indirectly, fixed during named-ppas implementation ?
