Bug Description

Distroarchseries supported for PPA should be modeled in our DB.

The simplest suggestion is to add a flag IDistroArchSeries.ppa_supported similarly to the IDistroArchSeries.official we already have and implement a appropriate lookup attributes in IDistroRelease ('ppa_architectures', in the same way we have 'architectures' returning all current supported IDistroArchSeries for the PRIMARY archive).
