Windows 8.1 Touch, drag and drop not working

Hi Mathew,

I've added a patch -> https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/3394/ that should theoretically fix this problem but as I don't have access to an actual windows 8 tablet I will need someone to test the patch to see if it makes any difference.

I've added the patch to demo.mahara.org to allow for easy testing - please let me know if the change makes any difference

Hi Robert,
I have just quickly tried on my venue 8 pro Windows 8 tablet and it now
seems to be displaying the mobile version of the site, will have a more
detailed play with it over the weekend. I will test with a win8 RT tablet
to see if it also fixes the issue.

Thanks for the help so far, will email you back my findings.

Hi Sorgi,

Can you please make sure if this patch fixes the issue for Window 8 tablet?
I don't think it works for Window RT.

Detect windows 8 tablet as a mobile device (Bug #1295422)

Currently it is not seen as a mobile device so tries to use drag/drop
for the page editor - which doesn't work

This patch is designed to detect the windows 8 tablet and make it be a
mobile device.
