Bug Description
[Impact]
Its not possible to boot qemu-kvm instances in OpenStack nova with more that 8 disks attached to the instance.
[Test Case]
Create an instance in nova, create and attach 8 cinder volumes to instance, reboot - instance fails to find boot disk.
[Regression Potential]
Minimal, this fix is in trusty (1.7.4) and is part of the 1.7.3.1 release of seabios.
