[browser] No option for deleting cache

Bug Description

The only way to do this is by deleting the respective files in /home/phablet/.local/share/webbrowser-app/.

Clearing the cache will be available from the settings screen, once this is implemented.

This option was once available, but it seems that is has disappeared in r250 (14.04).
You might also want to delete the files in /home/phablet/.cache/webbrowser-app/thumbnails/

there used to be an option in the HUD to clear the history but the HUD is no longer enabled. Need to make sure we provide an option for this

there is now a way to delete your history from the new history view. still no way to clear cache, updated his bug to reflect that
