Merge xsp 1.2.4-1 (universe) from Debian (unstable)

You have a changelog entry twice, both in the bug report, and in the debdiff. The bug report doesn't mattter, but I think one is enough for the debdiff.

mono-xsp is different from mono-xsp2. Please, check the debdiff another time. Thank you.

Ok, apologies. I missed those slight difference, but for next time, such
changes could easily be placed in one entry.
