Bug Description
latest image 256 on Nexus4
make sure to do --wipe to start from scratch (i.e. ubuntu-
- create a contact with two phone number, home and mobile
- from the contacts app send sms to mobile number
- messaging app will appear, type the message and press send
- the message is correctly sent, but at the same time I get a notification in messaging menu showing "1 voicemail message"
this shouldn't happen

Actually, this is happening because the indicator is being launched on demand by mission control when you send the sms.
We should be launching the indicator during startup.
