Bug Description

Installing Ubuntu GNOME packageset from the netinstall/mini.iso right now pulls in Unity-control-center/unity-settings-daemon/UOA. It seems that apt can't really handle the following, and just installs the first listed package.

gnome-bluetooth:
  Recommends: unity-control-center | gnome-control-center
Perhaps this could be demoted to Suggests to workaround this issue?

empathy:
  Recommends mcp-account-manager-uoa | mcp-account-manager-goa

The apt log here clearly shows it installing the metapackage instead of the task. Is there a reason why it's happening this way? Task installation would do the right thing here.

I think fixing bug 1299953 would be sufficient to deal with this; it's not clear to me that we need this separate bug.

right, install as a task does the right thing!
