Bug Description

Several people reported an issue when the device sometimes stops "accepting" some of the files ubuntu-device-flash is trying to push.

An unhelpful "cannot push foo" is printed, and the tool exits. It's not obvious what's the reason, or the solution.

A workaround "system-image-cli -b0 -v" on the device still works when that happens.
