Binary package hint: xmlsec1

libxmlsec1-nss is missing its pkgconfig file, which OOo 2.3 needs when attempting to use xmlsec.

Actually it is appears to not have any files outside of the /usr/share/doc/libxmlsec1-nss at all...

xmlsec1 (1.2.9-5ubuntu3) gutsy; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: Replace mozilla-{nss,nspr} with xulrunner-{nss,nspr} again
    as the pkgconfig files from libnss3-dev and libnspr4-dev are named so.
    (LP: #130583).
